This Privacy Policy explains how AnnuityAdvisorMatch ("we," "us") collects, uses and shares information you provide through annuityadvisormatch.com.
Information we collect
When you take our quiz, we collect your answers (retirement status, age range, what worries you, your stated priority, approximate portfolio range, and state) in your browser, to compute your free result. The quiz does not transmit this to us unless you separately submit the optional advisor-contact form. When you submit that form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email, your quiz answers if you took the quiz, and any message details. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used (see Cookies & Analytics below).
Your free quiz result is never gated
You can take the quiz and see your free result without providing your name, email or phone number at any point. We only collect contact information if you choose to fill out the separate, clearly optional advisor-contact form.
How we use it
If you submit the advisor-contact form, we use your information to connect you with our client advisor/agency relationship currently working with AnnuityAdvisorMatch, so they (or a licensed agent in their affiliated network in your state) can contact you about annuities and retirement income. We do not sell your information to third-party marketing lists or resold lead networks.
Who we share it with
If you submit the advisor-contact form, we share your submitted information with the advisor/agency referenced on this site (currently ADVISOR/AGENCY NAME PLACEHOLDER) so they, or a licensed agent in their network in your state, can follow up with you directly. We may also share information as required by law, or with service providers who help us operate this website (for example, hosting and form-delivery infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations.
Consent to be contacted (calls & text messages)
By submitting the advisor-contact form and checking the consent box, you agree that AnnuityAdvisorMatch and/or its affiliated licensed advisor(s)/agency may contact you by phone call, text message and email regarding retirement income and annuity options, including through the use of automated telephone dialing technology or pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, at the phone number and email address you provide, even if that number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list.
Consent to receive calls or text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or request to stop receiving calls at any time by informing the caller directly or contacting us at hello@annuityadvisormatch.com.
No mobile opt-in information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data is not shared with any third parties for those purposes.
Cookies & analytics
We may use analytics tools to understand site traffic and improve the site. These tools may set cookies or store anonymous identifiers in your browser. We also use your browser's local session storage to remember your quiz answers only long enough to display your result and, if you choose, pre-fill context for the advisor-contact form.
